FLUSHING AT LAST! Last Friday, the toilet was installed in our new bathroom. Hallejulah! Our gratitude abounds. Come on in and check out the new facilities, and do some star-gazing at the floor, thanks to Adam Jackson’s great gift of tile design and installation.
Looking for Books! If you would like to donate a copy of the following books, we could use them: The Elegance of the Hedgehog, by Muriel Barbery and Alison Anderson; The English Major, by Jim Harrison; and any other new best sellers that you are finished with. Our book budget is small, and this is another way you can contribute to the good of the community.
Check out our new website: http://roxburyfreelibrary.wordpress.com/ for upcoming events at the library and to see some of our new books. We will be developing the site in the near future.
We can help you with computer research if you are: seeking a job, expanding your horizons, or looking for information that can help you make ends meet. You can also access email or do research yourself on our two high speed public access computers. There is WiFi service throughout the building if you want to use your laptop.
Special Sale on Cookbooks: for holiday giving, our cookbook packs a punch, and lots of other great local recipes. For a limited time, they’re available for $5.00 each at the library.
